The stuff where really friendly and made us feel welcome. Our twin room was top-class with comfy bed and essentials like water bottles, for instance. Hot and free breakfast, the food was OUTSTANDING.
Wi-Fi was slow, not so great views.

The hotel was a perfect place for enjoying a nice enough area, next to railway as well as train station. Everywhere there was fairly clean. The location was marvellous and beds where exceptionally comfortable. What's more, it was within 300 metres of the lake.

Excellent value for money. breakfast very good and staff where on the whole very helpful
Some difficulty in making the staff understand non standard conversation due to English being their second language at best. this didnt spoli the stay but just made it a little challenging at times

free wifi - was excellent and very fast, also liked the size of rooms twice the size of a normal London hotel, and free parking too all this makes this hotel one of the best value in London. Restauarnt had a good range of choice and the buffet breakfast was huge with a good selection
nothing to dislike now that wifi and parking are free this is excellent value

It is good value for money. We usually come into London for meetiongs and at the end we drive back to our hotel which is very convenient to gety on the Motorway M1 and head home. It cuts out the extra time and agony one undergoes going through the congested day time traffic. It is just ideal.

It was easy to find, the beds were comfortable and the setting was attractive
We had a room on the gropund floor and therefore could not have a window open. I dislike having to breathe air conditioned air all through the night. There was also no evidence of an extractor in the bathroom.

Request a room away from the railway for a quieter stay, as noise can disrupt sleep.
